At All Parents Primary School, our greatest asset is our people. Our team of qualified, passionate, and dedicated educators and support staff work tirelessly every day to ensure that every child receives the best possible education, care, and guidance.
Our Teaching Staff
Our teaching team is made up of qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals who believe that every child can succeed. They plan engaging, learner-centred lessons, use a variety of teaching methods, and work closely with learners to build strong academic foundations.
Beyond the classroom, our teachers are committed to the holistic development of each child — nurturing character, discipline, confidence, and a love for learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Leadership Team
Our leadership team provides strategic direction, spiritual and moral guidance, and day-to-day oversight of the school. Working closely with teachers, parents, and learners, they ensure that our motto, “We Strive for Excellence,” is lived out in every classroom and activity.
Director
Provides overall vision, governance, and strategic leadership for All Parents Primary School, ensuring that our mission and values guide every decision.
Deputy Director
Supports the Director in managing school operations, supervising staff, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
Head of Academics
Oversees curriculum implementation, assessment, and academic standards, working closely with teachers to promote high performance in all subjects.
Head of Co-Curricular Activities
Coordinates sports, clubs, arts, and other co-curricular programmes that help learners discover and develop their talents beyond the classroom.

Support Staff
Our support staff play a vital role in keeping our school safe, organised, and welcoming. Working mostly behind the scenes, they ensure that teaching and learning can take place smoothly every day.
Administration
Handles admissions, records, communication with parents, and daily office operations to keep the school organised and responsive.
Guidance & Counselling
Provides emotional, social, and spiritual support to learners, helping them to build resilience, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Health & Sanitation
Ensures that classrooms, washrooms, and the compound are clean and hygienic, and supports basic health and first aid needs for learners.
Security
Guards the school premises, monitors entry and exit points, and works with school leaders to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
