Leadership Team
Our leadership team provides vision, guidance and daily oversight to ensure that All Parents Primary School maintains high academic standards, strong discipline and a caring school culture.
The Director
Provides overall strategic direction and leadership for the school, upholding our mission, values and partnership with parents while guiding long-term development.

Deputy Headteacher
Supports the headteacher in day-to-day management of the school, supervises teaching and learning, and ensures that discipline and pastoral care are consistently applied.
Key focus: Daily operations & staff coordination
Head of Academics
Oversees curriculum implementation, schemes of work, lesson planning and assessment to ensure that teaching meets national standards and supports strong examination performance.
Key focus: Curriculum, assessment & academic quality
School Bursar
Manages school finances with transparency and accountability, including fees, budgeting and procurement, so that resources are available to support learning.

Teaching Staff
Our teaching staff are qualified, experienced and committed to learner-centred teaching approaches. Each class from Primary One (P.1) to Primary Seven (P.7) is handled by teachers who are trained to actively engage learners, use continuous assessment and provide timely feedback to support improvement.
Teachers regularly participate in professional development workshops focusing on competency-based curriculum delivery, child protection, inclusive education and the integration of values education in daily classroom activities.
Support Staff
Behind the scenes, our dedicated support staff help the school to run smoothly and keep learners safe, comfortable and ready to learn.
Administration
Front office and records staff support admissions, communication with parents, record keeping and coordination of school events.
Library
Library staff manage textbooks and reading materials, support reading programmes and help learners develop a culture of independent reading.
Welfare
Staff in charge of welfare oversee meals, health support and counselling, ensuring that learners are cared for physically, emotionally and socially.
Caretaking
Cleaning, grounds and security staff maintain a clean, safe and child-friendly environment across classrooms, playgrounds and school facilities.
